WA Business Company is a limited liability company established in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We advise foreign investors on entering the Saudi and Emirati markets, and we carry the resulting work — licensing, registration, banking, immigration and ongoing compliance — through to completion.

We hold an active investment registration with the Saudi Ministry of Investment. That matters for a practical reason as much as a formal one: we have been through the foreign-investment process ourselves, on our own file, with the same authorities our clients deal with.

The company is wholly owned by a single shareholder and works directly with clients rather than through intermediaries.
